Refunds and Returns
Under the Australian Consumer Law, products you buy from an Australian business are covered by ‘consumer guarantees’.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable time after purchase.
This time frame will depend on the type of product.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- is significantly different from the sample or description;
- doesn’t do what they said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed;
- is unsafe.
If there is a minor problem with the item, we can either repair or replace the item.
The faulty item can be replaced by an identical item or an item of similar value.
The faulty item can be returned to us to be sent to manufacturer for repair.
Please keep your proof of purchase, i.e. your receipt.
